This Cookie Policy explains how Oviond, Inc. uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies on
www.oviond.com. The Oviond application at app.oviond.com has a separate
implementation owned by the application team.
How regional defaults work
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland start with optional analytics and advertising storage denied. Google Tag Manager loads under those denied Google Consent Mode v2 settings, and the privacy panel opens so the visitor can choose.
Visitors in other confirmed regions, including South Africa and the United States, start with analytics and marketing enabled and are not interrupted by a first-visit banner. The Cookies control in the website footer remains available in every region.
If a visitor’s region cannot be determined, Oviond uses the strict denied default. If the browser sends Global Privacy Control, Oviond keeps analytics and advertising storage denied regardless of region or a previously saved preference. This conservative analytics treatment may be broader than the minimum required in some locations.
Technologies we use
Essential storage
Essential storage operates the site and remembers privacy choices. It includes:
oviond-consent-region, a short-lived cookie containing onlystrictorrelaxed.oviond-consent-v2, a first-party cookie containing the selected analytics and marketing categories, version, source and update time. It is retained for up to six months and scoped to.oviond.comso the Oviond application can consume the same preference separately.- Security, routing and delivery storage used by our hosting infrastructure when technically required.
Analytics
When analytics is permitted, Oviond uses Google Analytics 4 (G-9WY3NZJFJK) to measure website
use. Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_*. Oviond also uses Vercel Web
Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate site and performance measurement; their events are
suppressed while analytics is denied.
In strict regions Google tags may send Google-supported cookieless Consent Mode signals while storage remains denied. Those signals do not permit Google Analytics cookies before analytics consent.
Advertising
When marketing is permitted, Oviond uses Google Ads (AW-659722641), Google’s Conversion Linker
and Meta Pixel (338809875265876) for advertising measurement. These services may set cookies such
as _gcl_au, _fbp or _fbc. Meta is not loaded while marketing is denied.
Oviond does not infer completed registrations from a website /signup page view. Account and
signup activity in the Oviond application is outside this website implementation.
Changing or withdrawing a choice
Select Cookies in the website footer to open the preference panel. You can enable or disable analytics and marketing independently, accept all optional categories, or reject non-essential storage. The website applies and stores the change immediately.
When you revoke a category, Oviond updates Google Consent Mode and removes accessible Oviond-domain analytics or marketing cookies where technically possible. Browser and domain restrictions can prevent this website from deleting every cookie previously created by a third party. You can also clear cookies through your browser settings.
