1. Price Increase Reminder
On September 1, 2024, Oviond’s pricing increased across all plans.
For Current Customers:
Existing Oviond customers had their pricing grandfathered in, meaning there were no changes as long as they stayed on their current plan. Customers who wished to upgrade could do so at their existing rate until the end of September 2024. After this period, the new pricing applied to any upgrades. If you upgraded before the price increase, you successfully locked in the old price.
Unmatched Value Despite Price Changes
Despite the increase, Oviond remains an exceptional value. Even with the updated rates, Oviond continues to be at least 50% less expensive per client compared to leading competitors, with no limits on data sources or reporting projects. Customers also have the option to save an additional 20% by paying annually. This was our first price increase in five years, reflecting the ongoing improvements we have made to the platform, ensuring Oviond remains the best choice for digital agencies.
Maintain Value with Existing Rates
Customers who upgraded before the deadline or stayed on their existing plans are continuing to benefit from incredible value while accessing all of Oviond’s premium features.
2. Enhanced Theme Builder: More Power, More Customization
Oviond released an exciting update to our Theme Builder, enhancing both intuitive ease of use and customization options for users creating their unique themes. This update introduced a variety of new features and enhancements, all aimed at improving flexibility, efficiency, and the overall design experience within the Oviond platform.
Key Features and Enhancements:
- Preview Feature: Users can now preview their themes in real-time before finalizing them, ensuring that their design vision aligns perfectly with the end result.
- Global Settings: Quickly set up your themes by duplicating existing ones and making adjustments. Take advantage of pre-made color palettes that automatically generate high-contrast colors for charts and other visual elements.
- Advanced Settings: Gain detailed control over every aspect of your theme, including toolbars, canvases, backgrounds, and charts. Customize everything from colors to title widget styles (H1, H2, H3), text box elements, images, and button types.
- Custom Color Palettes: Input a custom color, and Oviond will automatically generate a matching color palette, ensuring a cohesive design throughout your theme.
- Enhanced Canvas Options: Users can now add images, gradients, solid colors, and even blur background images, providing more creative freedom in theme design.
- Granular Control on Charts: Customize the appearance of charts, scorecards, tables, and more to ensure they seamlessly match your theme.
- Title Widget Customization: Enjoy individual customization for H1, H2, and H3 title widgets, giving you more control over your theme’s typography.
- Dual Button Types: The introduction of primary and secondary buttons allows for greater design flexibility, enabling users to create more dynamic and engaging user interfaces.
- Default Theme Setting: Once your theme is finalized, you can set it as the default for all new projects, ensuring brand consistency across your dashboard designs.
These updates aim to make it easier to get a theme up and running while offering advanced customization for users who need detailed control. 3. Enhanced Sharing Workflow and New Embed Feature:
We’ve introduced a new embed feature that allows you to share Oviond projects anywhere using an iframe embed. This simplifies the way you showcase reports and dashboards, providing more flexibility in integrating your work into websites or client portals.

4. Copy and Paste Functionality for Dashboards and Reports:
This update makes managing dashboards and reports more efficient by allowing you to copy and deploy widgets with ease.

- Shortcut Enabled: Use Ctrl+C or the copy button for seamless copying.
- Multiple Widget Copying: Copy one or several widgets simultaneously to the clipboard.
- Flexible Deployment: Paste copied widgets in one or multiple locations within a dashboard or report.
- Quick Actions Menu Access: Easily access the copy feature from the quick actions menu.
