Content on oviond.com is produced by the Oviond team, led by co-founder and CEOChris Irwin, who has worked in digital marketing and agency reporting since 2005. Product claims come from the people who build the product.

Facts have one source of truth

Pricing, integration counts, ratings, and company facts are stated once in a canonical facts module and reused everywhere — pages, structured data, and our machine-readable endpoints. Automated tests run on every change and fail the build if copy drifts from the canonical facts (for example, an outdated integration count or price).

Competitor claims are sourced and dated

Every claim about another product on our comparison pages comes from that vendor's public pricing page or documentation, carries the date we verified it, and shows a visible "Last updated" stamp. We refresh comparison facts quarterly, and we say plainly when a competitor is the better fit — a comparison that never concedes anything isn't worth your time.

Ratings are shown honestly

Third-party review scores (like our Capterra rating) appear as visible, attributed text only. We never place third-party ratings in structured data to chase rich results — Google's guidelines treat self-serving review markup as spam, and we agree.

AI assistance, disclosed

Some blog posts are drafted with AI assistance and published through an automated pipeline. They follow the same rules as everything else — facts from the canonical source, no invented statistics — and we review, correct, and update them on a rolling basis. Posts show their published date, and a "Last updated" date when they've had a real content change. We never backdate or cosmetically bump dates.

Corrections

Found something wrong — a stale price, a broken claim, an unfair comparison? Emailinfo@oviond.com and we'll verify and fix it. Material corrections bump the page's "Last updated" date.
