A client-ready report, delivered how each client wants it
Reports live at a shared link, arrive by scheduled email, or embed where your clients already look — and every client keeps one connected view of their numbers, on your branding.

If you're weighing Oviond against other reporting tools, you deserve accurate facts — and several third-party "Oviond alternatives" pages get them wrong, from years-out-of-date pricing to an invented plan-based "3-month data cap." Here's the fact-check, the real numbers, and a genuinely honest look at the alternatives — including what each one does better than we do.
By Chris Irwin· Co-Founder & CEO, OviondLast updated
Search for "Oviond alternatives" and you'll mostly find pages written by our competitors and affiliate sites. Some are fair. Several are not: one lists pricing we discontinued years ago, another claims our historical data is "capped at 3 months." Oviond does not add that plan-based window, although the history available still depends on each connected account and source platform API. Integration counts about us also range from "40+" to "120+" on pages published the same year (the real number is 70+, and the live catalog is public).
So this page does two things. First, it fact-checks the specific claims in circulation, with a source and a date on every row — if we've got something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it. Second, it lists the genuine alternatives with the same honesty we apply on every comparison page we publish: each entry links to a detailed, sourced comparison that concedes what that tool does better than Oviond. If another tool fits your agency better, we'd rather you find it here than through a page that gets our pricing wrong.
| The verified fact | What other pages say | |
|---|---|---|
| Historical data | False. Oviond does not add a plan-based history window. Reports can use the history the connected account and source platform API make available; source-specific retention and API limits still apply. | "Limited historical data (capped at 3 months), which makes year-over-year comparisons impossible" — swydo.com's Oviond-alternatives page (checked July 5, 2026) |
| White-label profiles | False. Every plan includes unlimited white-label theme profiles — one house style or a distinct theme per client — plus one custom domain per client in your plan. | "Oviond doesn't support multiple white-label profiles" — agencyanalytics.com's Oviond-alternative page (checked July 5, 2026; that page's own comparison table credits Oviond with white-label reports) |
| Pricing | One plan, every feature included, priced by client count: from $40/month billed annually ($50 month-to-month) with the 10-client minimum; 10 clients $40, 25 clients $100, 50 clients $200, 100 clients $400 on annual billing. | Third-party listicles show years-out-of-date pricing — e.g. a "$15/month" plan (avidtrak.com; a real single-client tier Oviond has since discontinued) and old agency tiers like "$99 / $199 / $399" (datapad.io) or "$49 / $99 / $199" (portermetrics.com, dated 2022). None match Oviond's current pricing. Checked July 5, 2026 |
| Integrations | 70+ marketing data sources, plus Google Sheets and custom datasets for data beyond native integrations — the live catalog is public at oviond.com/data-sources. | Counts about Oviond range from "40+" (portermetrics.com) to "over 50" (ranktracker.com) to "120+" (avidtrak.com) — checked July 5, 2026 |
| Dashboard widgets | Partly true, wrong number, wrong conclusion. Dashboards hold up to 50 widgets each (not 20), and plans include unlimited dashboards. Client reports are a different surface — unlimited pages and unlimited widgets — so detailed deliverables are built as reports and never need splitting. | "Oviond caps dashboards at 20 widgets, which forces you to split reports across multiple dashboards" — swydo.com (checked July 5, 2026; the same article elsewhere puts the limit at 50) |
| Automation | Scheduled reports, automated report email delivery, and automations are included on every plan — reports refresh and send themselves on the schedule you set. | "Oviond's reporting is less automated and requires more manual updates to keep clients informed" — agencyanalytics.com (checked July 5, 2026) |
| AI & MCP | There is no credit system — that description is outdated. Oviond's AI investment is a first-class MCP server, included on every plan at no extra cost: pull data, build reports, and manage clients from Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-ready AI tool, across your whole client list. | "A lack of AI features that competitors now offer as standard" — swydo.com; "you have to buy credits to use their AI functions" — agencyanalytics.com (both checked July 5, 2026) |
Pricing tables only go so far. These are the screens agencies spend the most time in — real product, no mockups.
Reports live at a shared link, arrive by scheduled email, or embed where your clients already look — and every client keeps one connected view of their numbers, on your branding.

Start every client from the same template, then drag in the data, text, and visuals that client actually cares about. The structure stays repeatable; the exceptions stay manageable.

Schedule a report once and it refreshes and sends itself on your cadence. Your team's time goes to the commentary and next steps, not the copy-paste.

These are the tools people actually weigh against Oviond. Each entry links to our detailed, sourced comparison — including what that tool does better than we do.

It depends on what you're optimizing for. AgencyAnalytics has the biggest ecosystem and built-in rank tracking (at $20 per client/month billed annually, $25 month-to-month). DashThis is the fastest to set up. Swydo suits PPC agencies with few channels per client. Whatagraph fits mid-size teams that want managed cross-channel reporting. Databox is the KPI-dashboard route, Looker Studio the free DIY route, and Supermetrics the pipeline route for warehouse-based stacks. Our detailed comparison of each — including what it does better than Oviond — is linked above.
No. That claim appears on one competitor's "Oviond alternatives" page, stated as fact with no source (checked July 5, 2026). Oviond does not add a plan-based history window. Reports use the history the connected account and source platform API make available, so source-specific retention and API limits still apply.
Unlimited. Every plan includes unlimited white-label theme profiles — build one house style or a distinct theme for every client — plus one custom domain per client in your plan, so a 10-client plan includes 10 custom domains and a 100-client plan includes 100. The competitor claim that Oviond "doesn't support multiple white-label profiles" is false.
On dashboards, yes — each dashboard holds up to 50 widgets, and plans include unlimited dashboards. On reports, no: reports support unlimited pages and unlimited widgets, which is why agencies build their detailed monthly deliverables as reports in Oviond. One third-party page claims a 20-widget cap that "forces you to split reports" — the number is wrong (its own article elsewhere says 50), and reports were never capped in the first place.
One plan with every feature included, priced by client count: from $40/month billed annually ($50 month-to-month) with the 10-client minimum; 10 clients is $40/month, 25 is $100, 50 is $200, and 100 is $400 on annual billing (as of August 2026, published at oviond.com/pricing). Several third-party pages still show old pricing — including a $15 single-client plan Oviond has since discontinued, and agency tiers that no longer match how Oviond is priced. There's also a 15-day free trial with every feature included.
No. There is no credit system for AI in Oviond — pages claiming you "have to buy credits to use AI functions" describe something that no longer exists. Rather than bolt-on AI widgets, Oviond ships a first-class MCP server on every plan at no extra cost, so you can pull data, build reports, and manage clients from Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-ready AI tool you already use — across your whole client list.
Honestly: the most common real reasons are a connector we don't have (our catalog is 70+ plus Google Sheets and custom datasets; AgencyAnalytics lists 85+ and Supermetrics 170+), wanting built-in SEO tooling like rank tracking that we don't offer, or preferring a tool with a larger review footprint than our 4.3/5 from 45 Capterra reviews. When the fit is wrong we'd rather you pick the right tool — that's what the comparisons above are for.
Every number on this page is published: pricing at oviond.com/pricing, the live integration catalog at oviond.com/data-sources, and independent reviews on our Capterra profile. Every comparison page we publish carries source URLs and an as-of date, and the 15-day trial includes every feature — so you can check any claim against the real product before paying anything.
